I have always firmly believed that you can do whatever you set your mind to as long as you try hard enough. You may not ever become the best at it but with commitment, tenacity and a never-give-up attitude, you can get it done.
Spring has finally sprung. And I have sprained my ankle.
I was supposed to run an 8k race this weekend. I was really excited about it. It’s a fun race and a great way to usher in Spring. I did the race last year and found it tough.
We have to keep challenging ourselves to grow. Not only do we have to try new things but also new ways of doing old things. We have to move out of our comfort zone because nothing is as uncomfortable as sitting on the sidelines watching the world go by wondering “what's going on”?
Awareness is everything. It is the key to mastering our goals and the essence of practicing Pilates. Ultimately it is the path to leading a full and contented life.
