  • All fees are non-refundable and are subject to HST. Unused classes can be transfered to an individual of your choice in the event you can't use them.
  • All Group Class Series are valid only for the term for which they are purchased.
  • One-on-one and Partner class packages will expire after an account is inactive for a period of 12 months or more.
  • Drop-in class cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
  • Only payment in full will ensure your reservation in the class of your choice.
  • Retrofit Pilates accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cheque, and Cash.
  • Retrofit Pilates reserves the right to change the posted price of the series at anytime but that any price change will be posted a minimum of 30 days prior to the registration renewal date.

need to change or cancel a one-on-one or partner appointment?

  • 24-hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment or you will be charged the full fee for that appointment.
  •  We appreciate that in rare instances, circumstances beyond your control prevent you from providing us with 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment. Regrettably, the fee for that cancelled hour remains the responsibility of you, the client.
  • Retrofit Pilates cannot make any exceptions to its policy.

what can you do if you need to miss a group class?

  • You must inform Retrofit a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the start of a class in which you have a reserved space or you will be charged in full for the missed class. Cancellations may be made online at www.retrofit.ca or by calling the studio.
  • You can make-up an unlimited number of missed classes within the term for which they were purchased. You may book make-up classes in advance online at www.retrofit.ca or by calling the studio.
  • If you wish to substitute into a Reformer class to make-up a mat class, a $5.00 surcharge will apply.
  • All classes must be completed within the term for which they were purchased. Unused classes cannot be carried over to another term. If you anticipate missing classes you can attend substitute classes ahead of your absence.
  • Group class participants on automatic renewal can bank all unused classes for use on a substitution basis at anytime while enrolled in the auto-renewal group registration program.
