What you can do if you need to miss a workshop class?
You must inform Retrofit a minimm of 60 minutes prior to the start of a workshop class in which you have reserved a space or you will be charged in full for the missed class.
Cancellations may be made online or by phone.
You can make-up an unlimited number of missed classes within the term for which they were purchased. You may book make-up classes in advance online or by phone.
